Blue Tag Solutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
